About the role

As a service leader, you will have an important responsibility to plan, lead, and further develop our operational security work. You will work closely with our customers in industry, the public sector, and businesses, as well as support and coach a competent team of security technicians and installers. In this role, you are the hub between staff, customers, and suppliers, ensuring that our security assignments are delivered according to high standards of quality, functionality, and safety.

Examples of tasks

• Plan, prioritize, and allocate assignments within security, such as installation and service of intrusion alarms, access control systems, CCTV, and fire alarms
• Ensure that work is carried out according to applicable safety regulations, standards, and processes
• Follow up contact with existing customers and work to develop new customers and markets
• Be responsible for resource planning, work environment, and project management as well as ongoing service
• Engage in dialogue and collaborate with both customers and internal project managers and installers
• Assist in quotation and calculation work as well as customer follow-up
• Act as a coach and support for team members and contribute to both professional and personal development
• Actively participate in improvement work for safer and smarter solutions

Qualifications

• Technical education at the high school or post-secondary level, preferably in electrical, security, or technology
• At least 4 years of work experience as a security technician and/or operator within security
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and driving business
• Good knowledge of security systems such as intrusion alarms, video surveillance, access control systems, and fire alarms
• Driving license B is required
• Good computer skills and administrative ability
• Meritorious with experience and knowledge in order systems like Entré
• Meritorious with experience and knowledge of project structure

To be considered for employment in this position, approval is required from the Swedish Police Authority.

This position may involve undergoing a security clearance based on current regulations regarding security protection.
